Taking you on an adventure and learning experience; where we will go through paths with holes and crossing rivers makes this tour unforgettable.

We will arrive at Playa Camaronal or Ostional where three of the seven species of sea turtles in the world nest, these are the leatherback, lora, and hawksbill turtles, all species declared in danger of extinction, but the most common nesting records are of the lora turtle and a much smaller proportion of the leatherback and hawksbill turtles.

It is important to note that the nesting behavior of the lora turtle in the Camaronal refuge is alone and not in large groups as they appear in Ostional. The best time to sight turtles in Ostional is from August until the end of Dicember.

Note: It should be noted that the chances of seeing turtles are 70% in the Refuge.

What to bring: Closed shoes, dark-colored clothing, and repellent.

The olive ridley nesting season usually begins in August and extends until November on solitary nesting beaches. PURA VIDA. 🐢🐢✌️👍
